Prior to PolyN Technology, Alexander was the CEO of iGlass Technology Inc., a startup that developed electrochromic smart glass technology. Alexander was responsible for launch from greenfield, building the core team, developing the technology and product concept, and attracting funding. Under their leadership, the company relocated to the EU and then to California. In 2020, the company was sold to a strategic investor for a high valuation.

Previously, Alexander was the CEO of Microbor, a company that developed a new generation of superhard material and cutting tools. Alexander was also the founder and CEO of FreeStylePark, an indoor entertainment park management company.
