High Value Assets in the field: How to efficiently manage and update a large and heterogeneous landscape of devices

In the last years, we have seen a huge IoT and connectivity hype – only few use cases proved to provide value to customers. One of the few very successful use cases is the Remote and Software Update Management of engines and high value assets. Device Manufacturers and customers are facing a heterogeneous, globally distributed device landscape that leads to high management and maintenance costs in the field.

To reduce management and maintenance costs customers need a solution for remote configuration and management for their devices. The solution and architecture needs to be easy-to-use but also cover all relevant technological and security requirements. In this webinar, we will talk about the challenges and the approach how to manage and update a large and heterogeneous asset landscape, especially in the mobility and industrial assets domain where Bosch has years of experience.
