I have over 25 years’ experience in global supply chains, operations, quality, opening new markets/operations, business integrations, massive operational and digital transformations in 4 continents assuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, solid financial results, and leading global and multicultural teams. Currently, I am the Global Quality Vice president for Mattel Inc., the world largest toy company.

Industries: chemical, electrical (UL), electronic (AI,IoT), food (FDA), automotive, cosmetics, furniture, garments, packaging, and consumer goods.

I work tireless for my communities. I am the founder of several nonprofit organizations supporting children, girls, and women in Mexico and Malaysia where I lived for over 5 years. I had been recognized by the Global Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia with a humanitarian award in 2018 & 2019 “Top Women Inspiring Humanity Award” for my contributions to my communities. Recently, I was recognized by the top university in Mexico Tecnologico de Monterrey with the Women Tech Award 2021 in the category of “Transformational Power”.

I am a well-known leader for making things happen despite of any adversity focusing in our people, my weapons are life long-learner, innovation, high level of energy, optimism, and passion in all I do. For these characteristics, I am called: GLADIATOR.
