Katie is the co-founder of consulting company ArmstrongLin Optimal Solutions. She started this company with with her co-founder in an effort to help companies improve their manufacturing operations and financial structure. Prior to ArmstrongLin, Katie worked as a supply chain leader and supplier quality engineer in the semiconductor industry. She also has experience working in small molecule chemistry and automotive manufacturing. Through this experience, she has become passionate about elevating employee voices in each company she works with to help solve high-level challenges and boost engagement and a sense of purpose in the workplace.
