Linh Le is a Principal Program Manager in AWS Worldwide Public Sector Partners Program, focusing on developing and supporting AWS partner ecosystem around smart cities and SME development. Prior to joining AWS, he was an Urban Development Specialist in the East Asia Department, Asian Development Bank where he led smart cities infrastructure loans and technical assistances in China and Mongolia. There he piloted the use of innovation solutions to enhance community-based urban upgrading and regeneration. Prior to joining ADB, he spent 7 years at The World Bank in Washington D.C and Hanoi, Vietnam where he co-led and supported several urban infrastructure projects with a focus on upgrading low income areas and developing integrated urban infrastructure in selected Asian and African cities.
