In the past, he led the development of simulation products and applied them to customer-specific solutions as the head of the Simulation and Digitalisation Center within Siemens Digital Industries.

With his educational background in engineering science, mechatronics, and technology management, he has been working for Siemens for more than 13 years in various positions, including roles in strategy, project business, product management, and software development, with a focus on unlocking the potential of people, organisations, and portfolios.
