I have been working at “Elsewedy Electric” as an innovation Projects Manager. The position is incredibly exciting and touches a variety of amazing areas. I started to create the roadmap of Industry 4.0 for the industrial sector, defined the scope of different phases, set the competencies of the team required for implementation. Our team and I have been working hard to build the first corporate innovation hub that will increase corporate ideas for products and services, boost employee engagement, and make it easier for ideation and project management to transfer product/service briefs. As part of our scope, we work with manufacturers and vendors to drive the technical development of new products and solutions in collaboration with the project management team. We also evaluate prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) and offer technical guidance as they are being developed.
