He started his career in process deployment, eventually leading large scale equipment changeovers of manufacturing lines to build advanced vehicle structures. For the past 4 years he has served as the leader of new technology equipment projects. He has functioned as a bridge between the technical teams that develop the solutions, and the operations teams that will eventually run and sustain them.
