Paul Hepperla is vice president, Digital Office at Eaton. He leads global digital solutions and product teams for the Brightlayer digital platform—providing critical tools for utility, data center, industrial and healthcare customers. He also provides strategic direction and digital solutions expertise to other industry segments and regional businesses.

Prior to Eaton, Paul led business development and partnerships at Emerson Electric Commercial Residential Solutions. Prior to Emerson, he held leadership roles at Verisae, Xcel Energy and Johnson Controls.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from St. Louis University and is the named author of five patents. He serves on the advisory board for Quantum New Energies, a startup focused on decarbonization in the residential and commercial building space.
