Kyriakos “Rock” Lambros, the CEO and Founder of RockCyber LLC, is a distinguished Cybersecurity and Information Technology executive. With his expertise in aligning cybersecurity strategies with enterprise business goals, Rock significantly mitigates risks to organizations’ revenue. His acumen spans across developing security programs, architecture, operations, threat intelligence, governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response for global organizations, particularly those with stringent security requirements.
Rock’s enterprise experience covers a wide array of industries with diverse security and privacy needs, including energy, eCommerce, government, banking, and manufacturing. He has held several senior cybersecurity and technology roles at major global corporations such as MPLX (a subsidiary of Marathon Petroleum Corporation), eBay, Honeywell, General Dynamics Information Technology, Wells Fargo, and Agilent Technologies. Notably, Rock was instrumental in building security programs from scratch and played a pivotal role in M&A activities involving multi-billion dollar transactions. He has managed multi-million dollar budgets, led defenses against high-profile denial-of-service attacks, and has overseen large Security and Network Operations Centers.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Rock is an active board member of several stealth-mode startups, serving as a corporate strategy and cybersecurity advisor. He also contributes to the Secure Smart Cities Advisory Board at the National Cybersecurity Center and co-chaired the Rocky Mountain Information Security Conference from 2015 to 2017.

Rock holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a member of ISSA, ISC2, the Cloud Security Alliance, and OWASP.
