Best Practices for Mitigating OT Cyber Risk

As manufacturing organizations adapt their IT and OT infrastructure to account for digital transformation, they must also undergo a security transformation to protect against evolving cyber threats. As the production environment increasingly becomes connected to the internet, organizations strive to secure the growing number of enabled IoT devices while maintaining business imperatives like operational efficiency, continuity of operations, product integrity, and compliance. An effective security transformation needs to account for visibility to all users, devices and applications on the network, defining access controls to continuously monitor the level of trust given and leverage the data being collected for continuous analysis and situational awareness.  During this session, we will explore the impact and considerations for safe and secure operations built on best practices for mitigating OT cyber risk.
