Bio

As President at WellAware, Shyarsh is responsible for sales, marketing, products and client success with a clear goal for adoption and scalability of a game-changing platform. He works closely with the Founder and CEO in executing a long term growth plan and raising investor interest in this privately-backed company. Prior to joining WellAware, Shyarsh was the CEO and co-founder of Credit2B, a Software-as-a-Service financial risk and workflow platform which experienced rapid growth and an ultimate sale to Billtrust, a Bain Capital portfolio company. At Credit2B, he led all aspects of the company’s strategy and operations.

His previous background includes senior roles in strategy, business development, sales and finance through a career that encompasses large as well as high growth SaaS companies. At privately backed Navex (previously Global Compliance), he was a key member of the executive team responsible for a significant ramp in the business and a successful exit for investors. Prior to this, at D&B he played a key strategy and business development leadership role for the North American business, including key plays in growing D&B’s software and data partner ecosystem. Shyarsh joined D&B from IBM where he played multiple roles across the firm in sales and client consulting for the financial services vertical and then later in Corporate Development. He began his financial services consulting career at Booz Allen and Hamilton in New York and prior to this he worked in corporate finance and strategic investments at the Tata Group.

Shyarsh has a B.S. in Life Sciences and Masters in Finance from Bombay University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
